Refund policy

At Allura Fashions, we carefully curate clothing and jewellery for quality and hygiene. For this reason, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, eligible products may be exchanged.

Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Original tags and packaging must be attached.
  • Exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

No Return Policy

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

Products purchased from Allura Fashions are eligible only for exchange subject to availability.

Exchange Options

Customers may request exchange for:

  • Different size
  • Different colour
  • Alternative available product

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Price Difference

If the newly selected item costs more than the original order:

  • The customer must pay the price difference before dispatch.

If the newly selected item costs less than the original order:

  • The remaining balance will be issued as Store Credit.
  • Store Credit can be used on future purchases and is non-transferable.

Exchange Shipping

Customers may be responsible for exchange shipping charges unless:

  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Item arrived damaged
  • Error occurred from our side

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of packaging (if applicable)

Jewellery Hygiene Notice

For hygiene and safety reasons, selected jewellery categories may not be eligible for exchange unless received damaged or incorrect.
