How long does order processing take?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

Can I choose my preferred courier?

Yes. If you prefer a courier service such as DTDC, India Post, Delhivery, or another available courier partner, please inform us at the time of placing your order.

We will try our best to accommodate your preference whenever possible.

Do you accept returns?

At this time, returns are not accepted.

However, eligible items may be exchanged according to our Exchange & Store Credit Policy.

Can I exchange my order?

Yes.

Eligible products may be exchanged for:

  • Different size
  • Different colour
  • Alternative available product

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

What happens if the exchanged item costs more?

If the newly selected item costs more than your original purchase, the difference amount must be paid before dispatch.

What happens if the exchanged item costs less?

If the exchanged item costs less, the remaining amount will be provided as Store Credit for future purchases.

Are jewellery items eligible for exchange?

Selected jewellery items may not be eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons unless received damaged or incorrect.

How can I track my order?

Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of packaging (if applicable)

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be cancelled before processing or dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
